Skidmore participates for 18th year in Workforce Challenge

Eighteen Skidmore faculty and staff joined 6,500 other local runner/joggers/walkers in the 2007 Workforce Team Challenge 3.5 Miler May 17 in Albany.

The College has sent teams to the Challenge for 18 straight years, and this was the second-largest team ever. The amazingly durable Ann Henderson participated for the 16th time!

Skidmore entered four teams of four persons each (one co-ed, one men's, and two women's teams). Team captain Gove Effinger said, "Concerning results, it's not whether you win or lose, but how you play the game, and we all played as well as we could!"
