Breslin's book focus: The importance of a constitution

In his new book, From Words to Worlds (2008, Johns Hopkins University Press), constitutional scholar Beau Breslin lays out and explains the basic functions of a modern constitution and examines some of the most important constitutional charters from around the world. His premise: why?and if?constitutions matter.
