Skidmore contributes to community holiday feast

Rotheim needed between 10 and 12 people for the task?25 volunteered. He was continuing a tradition that has been in place for 22 years: preparing an Easter Sunday dinner for the low-income community in Saratoga Springs.

Students from Rotheim?s Honors Forum 203 class (Citizen Studentship) and Skidmore-Saratoga Entrepreneurial Partnership students enrolled in MB 376 helped with the project, as did Rotheim?s wife, Gayle.

Food was provided by the Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Program.
