Sandy Baum, professor emerita of economics, was a source for "Did the Value of Your College Degree Just Drop $350,000?" published Feb. 4 at CBS Money Watch.com.

Paul Calhoun, Harder Professor of Business Administration, was a source for "Dow 1000 and Other Arbitrary Milestones" published Feb. 12 in wsj.com, the online edition of The Wall Street Journal.

President Philip A. Glotzbach and Sarah Goodwin, professor of English and assessment coordinator, discussed Skidmore's Goals for Student Learning and Development Feb. 8 on "The Best of Our Knowledge." The nationally syndicated program airs regionally on WAMC-FM. Click here to listen to the segment.

Catherine Golden, professor of English, has added a new entry to her blog, on the web site of the Smithsonian's National Postal Museum.

Beth Post-Lundquist, director of financial aid, was the guest on "Capital District Forum," airing Jan. 24 on WQAR/WVKZ. Former Saratoga Springs Mayor Mike O'Connell hosted the half-hour program, which helped raise awareness about New York State's Financial Aid Awareness Month.

Gordon Thompson, professor of music, has published a new entry to his monthly blog, posted on the Oxford University Press web site.
