Lumia to lecture on ethics of neuroscience in April 20 talk

Professor Emeritus Augustus ("Gus") Lumia of Skidmore's Department of Psychology and Neuroscience Program, will give a talk titled the "Ethics of Neuroscience and the Neuroscience of Ethics: A Phenomenological-Existential Approach." Lumia is currently a research scientist at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center, Department of Pharmacology.

Free and open to all, the lecture is scheduled at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, in Davis Auditorium of Palamountain Hall. Sponsors of the talk are the Psychology and Biology departments, the Neuroscience Program, the Dean of Faculty, and the Health Proessions Advisory Committee.
