Sponsored by the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Saratoga helps develop a pool of leaders who can knowledgeably assume positions of responsibility in the county. Publications

William Brown, associate professor emeritus of biology, is co-author (with Rulon W. Clark, Randy Stechert, and Kelly R. Zamudio) of "Rattlesnakes Sound Warning on Biodiversity and Habitat Fragmentation" currently available online and due to appear in Conservation Biology, August 2010.

Steve Stern, professor of English, has a new book titled The Frozen Rabbi due this month from Algonquin Books. In a starred review, Booklist's Donna Seaman wrote, "Stern's uproarious and trouncing romp through the anguish and ironies of the Jewish diaspora matches mysticism with mayhem, beatitude with organized crime, creativity with crassness."
