Nearly 2,000 alumni registered in Skidmore Connect
As of early November, 1,927 alumni have already registered in Skidmore Connect. Many
are posting class notes, uploading photos, and friending classmates. Alexandra Wennberg '10 told us that she found the first-time login process "very easy" and the tutorials
"helpful"; she adds that she plans to use the network to contact alumni who share
her major (neuroscience) and who are working or studying in that field. Thomas Knowles '89 also found the first-time login process "very easy," plans to use the network to
submit class notes electronically, and thinks that providing the Skidmore community
with an exclusive online social network is "a great idea."
Need help getting registered? No worries! Some of you may be still trying to fish
out that old e-mail with the instructions sent by the College, and you're hoping there
is an easy way to retrieve your temporary login ID. No worries! You'll find everything
you need to join Skidmore Connect in the FAQ section (see the menu along the top of
the homepage), including:
How do I receive my temporary login ID? (It can be e-mailed to you.)
How do I activate my account (first-time login)? (A brief video leads you through the process.)
How do I log in? (Exact instructions are provided.)
How do I set up my Skidmore Connect account so that I can log in using my Facebook
e-mail and password (or sync accounts)? (A brief video will show you.)

that section of the FAQs page. Once there, please bookmark this page in your browser.
It's "Answer Central" for the getting started using Skidmore Connect. You'll also
find instructions on how to reset your password, update your contact information,
and access the alumni directory.
