Welcome to 627 new Skidmore alumni!

May 23, 2012

This past weekend, 627 members of the Class of 2012 celebrated the culmination of theirCreative Thoughtexperiences at the 101st Commencement ceremony, and joined our alumni family of more than 30,000 worldwide.

For many students, this incredible experience wouldn’t have been possible without financial support from alumni like you. Contributions from alumni have been key to making Skidmore accessible to more families than ever, launching exciting new academic programs, and offering research and internship opportunities for our students.

Fewer than two weeks remain in the College's giving year (deadline: May 31) and we are still looking for 2,000 donors to help Make Creative Thought Happen at Skidmore.

If you’ve made your gift already, thank you! Please encourage your Skidmore friends and classmates to join you.

If you haven’t, please make a gift—of any size—to help provide future students with access to all that a Skidmore education provides.

We hope you enjoy this video for a look at Saturday’s commencement and similar celebrations through the years.
