Savoring summer

The fall equinox is a signal flag for the new academic year taking shape. But it also waves in the finish of summer at Skidmore, during which the Office of Special Programs and its partners across campus and the surrounding community planned, hosted, and pulled off a packed schedule of high-profile events and programs.

Each year, Special Programs presents a distinctive array of academic programs, art institutes, lecture series, artist/scholar residences, and community programs that contribute to Skidmore’s unique position as a place for academic experimentation and cutting-edge artistic creation and development.
