• Perseus Project English Index search Start here if you want to look up an word in the Perseus databases. To use this page:
• Type in the word you want to search (e.g. 'hare') in the 'Look For' box.
• Then select the database you want to search (e.g. vases) in the 'Show results for' box.
• Then hit return (or click on 'Do Search'). Note that only vases in the Harvard, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island School of Design collections have images available on the web.
