This page serves as a linkway to various online aids, including images, websites, and maps.

Perhaps the best online classics resource is the Perseus Project at Tufts University, which boasts a comprehensive collection of texts and images.  The collection is so extensive, that it is possible to construct an entire Resources page with links to nothing but Perseus!  You should take the time to explore this wonderful resource.

Below are links to sites other than Perseus.  Most are very good—but there are a few clunkers.

Enjoy, and if you discover other resources, please email me.

Characters
Encyclopedia Mythica.  A searchable database of mythical personae, mostly text but with some images.  If you need fast background information on a character in our readings, this is your first stop.  The author of the site is Mr. Micha F. Lindemans of the Netherlands, who works with various contributors on the articles.

The Mythmedia Project.  A collection of images by Ora Zehavi and Dr. Sonia Klinger, from the resources of the University of Haifa Library in Israel.

Olympian Gods.  By Professor Laurel Bowman of the University of Victoria.  This page is part of her Classical Myth site, which also has a page on Greek iconography, as well as a handy timeline
