To download a document, do the following:

1. Right-click an icon (Mac users: click and hold).

2. Select "Save Link / Target As..." from the pop-up menu.

3. Save the file to your hard drive or on a diskette.

All files are in Microsoft Word for Windows format (Mac-readable), and virus-free.
