The format is likely to include

• four passages chosen from your presentations on Nov. 29, Dec. 1 and Dec. 3, and from the major texts we have discussed in class since the midterm. You will select one passage and analyze it.
• four essay questions. You will select two. For each essay question, you will be expected to provide dates, names, events and Latin terms drawn from our classroom discussions in the framework of an analysis.

Based upon your contributions to an on-line discussion of possible essay questions, I am willing to share with you by Friday a longer list of essay questions from which I will select four for the final.
