NOTE: Class work includes class attendance and participation. Participation means coming to class having done the reading for the day and ready to engage in discussion. You must print out or xerox and bring to class any reserve articles assigned. Class work is a requirement, not an option.
There is an optional bus trip to the Metropolitan Museum in NYC in April. Transportation and entrance to the Museum will be provided; you will need to provide for your own meals.
