The 55th reunion went well, according to all reports. The special news for our class is that we exceeded our goal for annual alumni giving. This was largely due to the efforts of co-presidents
Pat Grummon Clegg, Pat O’Meara Jevons, and Inge Jensen Brown.

Merrilyn Greeley VanGelder has signed on as new class president, Izzie Bohman is fund chair,
and Pat Grummon Clegg steps into the job of Friends of the Presidents chair. I continue as
class secretary.

Louise Skeoch Phillips is sorry she couldn’t attend Reunion, but hopes everyone “had a good time for me.”

Betty-Rae Smith Eckberg and husband Russ hope classmates “sang a song for us!”

Anthea Merrihue Turner traveled to Shanghai and Beijing in May. Charlotte Eberwein Sutherland is busy with church-choir work and caring for husband Les, who has a number of health problems. She says she was with classmates in spirit during Reunion.

Our sympathy to Laura Swegler Warner, whose eldest son, Michael, died in November of pancreatic cancer.
