Jackie Goldman Sasloff is a psychologist in private practice in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY. She is kept busy by her daughter Liana, 10, and son Max, 6. Jackie and husband Mike have very happy memories of Saratoga and all the fun they had there.
Dave Harmon and the Boys from Hickory B still keep in touch regularly. Dave, Tim Lynch, and Kurt Breitenstein got together in May for a golf outing in northern Virginia. While golfing they conference-called Dan Aronson, Jamie Rogers, and Jonathan Wolfman, to start planning for our reunion in 2009. All three are enjoying family life these days. Kurt, hampered by a serious leg break, is dealing with a wheelchair and crutches “pretty well.” He is an executive at TD Bank North in northern New Jersey. Dave was promoted to executive VP of human resources at AOL/Time Warner in 2007. Tim still lives at Penn Charter School in Pennsylvania.
Bayard Heussler Karch is looking forward to Reunion. She and husband George welcomed son Jackson on June 19. They live in Park City, UT, and can’t wait to teach him how to ski!
This past summer Mairead O’Connor Jacoby visited Melisse Gerson Burstein and family, accompanied by husband Seth and kids Brigitte, 11, and Ronan, 9. Last summer’s mini-reunion in Saratoga was strictly for the ladies. Lisa McGowan Reagan, Margie Kehm Roney, Leslie Burt Bell, Michele Verni Sacerdote, and Robin Forester Kauff got together again two weeks later, with kids in tow, at Susan Anrig Lichten’s house. (There were a total of 22 kids there.) They were joined by Wendy Waldstein Sims and Melisse Burstein. They treated themselves to spa pampering and dining out, while reliving Skidmore memories. There was lots of laughter as stories were retold at Susan’s house to all the kids and spouses. The reunion is an annual event.
Bret Reilly and wife Sarah are renovating a stone carriage house in Putnam Valley, NY. Bret is a sculptor who shows his work in Paris, Miami, Los Angeles, and NYC. Check out www.bretreilly.com. He stays in touch with Californian T. K. Knowles, Seattle resident Eric Reisner, and Manhattanite Gordon Von Broock, among others.
In June Karen Soltys Quinn and daughter Caroline, 8, visited Leigh Entman Stulberger and husband Jason at their home in Deerfield, IL. The Stulberger clan includes daughters Margie, 3, and Callie, 1, and two dogs. Karen and Leigh had a great time catching up. Karen says the best part was “watching the children play as if they had been friends for years.” Karen and husband Mark live in North Bethesda, MD, with children Jack, 10, Caroline, and Will, 4.
Sarah Weck lives in San Francisco with daughter Allison, 4, and her partner, Peter. She is a technical writer for a software company. They are building a vacation house in southern Vermont. Sarah and Peter hosted Donna McNally-Woods and husband Brian, who were touring northern California.
