Jean Cahill Julian has lived in Houston, TX, for almost four years. Three of her four children live nearby. Jean encourages any other ’43ers in the area to contact her at jlcj@aol.com.
Phyllis White Reinauer lives near her daughter in Morris County, NJ. She plans to visit two sons in California this spring.
Janice Hough Field sold her home and moved to a nearby adult complex in Barrington, RI. Although she misses her house, she is glad to have help and family close at hand.
Martha Demming Flanders wishes she had stayed at Skidmore four years instead of just two. But she left to marry Jim, and then wed Jack, and afterward, Tom—all of whom passed away. She is currently looking for number four!
Phoebe Fern Greenfield has finally reached the status of great-grandmotherhood. Her great-grandson is named after her husband, which thrills her.
Janet Frankje Childs still lives in her 1750 family farmhouse. Giving up her driver’s licence was sad but for the best. She misses seeing all of the class when reunions roll around.
Mary Lib Walker Tierney wants to remind us how much Jackie Molloy Beck, who died in November, did for Skidmore as a class officer and fantastic fundraiser.
