Interview with EY
Multi-national professional services firm EY returns to recruit through the Career Development Center. Driven by Alumni Board Member, Amy Munichiello '94, who recently assumed the role of EY's America’s Talent Development Consulting Leader, the firm returns to educate students about careers in consulting, and to recruit Business Advisory Consultants (Class of 2020) and Business Advisory Program interns (Class of 2021). All juniors and seniors interested in applying for EY's positions must have at least a 3.2 GPA, and apply on Handshake by Tuesday, September 17 at 5 PM.
Fall 2018, Cristian Fernandez '19 submitted an application for the Business Advisor Program, and made sure to network with EY alumni through the Consulting 101 program. He was thrilled to eventually be offered the role.
“Networking and openness to guidance are instrumental in solidifying an opportunity with EY," said Cristian, who is working out of EY's New York City office. "Skidmore alums at EY want you to succeed. They are extremely supportive and helpful in providing resources relevant to the interview process and your overall candidacy as a student. Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for insight through emails and at informational sessions. The recruiting process can be very stressful. Connecting with those that have gone through it is vital for reestablishing clarity and confidence.”
