Tonya Dodge, assistant professor of psychology, was invited by the UK Anti-Doping Agency to give a talk as part of a seminar titled "Understanding Athletes' Attitudes Towards Doping: The Implications for Policy." Her talk, titled "Factors that affect decisions to use doping substances: Implications for education programs," was one of six delivered on Feb. 24. The seminar was supported by a grant from the Economic and Social Research Council (a UK research agency).

Regina Janes, professor of English, gave a paper titled "'The self-conscious memoir of one's own dying': Henry Fielding Invents a Genre" at the annual meeting of the American Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies, Albuquerque, New Mexico, March 17-21, 2010.

Laura Finnerty Paul,  lecturer, Department of Management and Business,gave a presentation titled "Group Dynamics and Team Building" March 22 at the 70thannual New York State Parks and Recreation Society conference.
