The project encourages Latino immigrants to document their everyday lives as a means of sharing their experiences of living and working in Saratoga County. The photographers are participants in SCEOC's Latino Community Advocacy and English as a Second Language Program. "The project, now in its fourth year, provides insight into the lives of immigrants who contribute so much to our communities, but whose lives remain hidden behind the scenes," said Julie Hoxsie, SCEOC executive director.

An opening reception with an opportunity to meet the photographers will be held Thursday, Oct. 28, 5-6:30 p.m. at the Case Gallery. The reception is free and open to all. Prints and note cards from the exhibit will be available for sale, with proceeds benefiting SCEOC's Latino Community Advocacy Program.

Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low-income individuals and families move toward economic self-sufficiency. For more information on the exhibit or SCEOC and its programs, please visit www.saratogaeoc.org or on Facebook.
