This week Audience Avenue founder Matt Lehrman is leading campus workshops on how to attract and retain audiences in social media and other avenues. An Arizona-based expert in customer loyalty and engagement, from the arts to civic groups to business, he has met with students in arts administration, music, documentary studies, theater, and business classes. His campus residency also includes a session for all students, under the aegis of the Career Development Center, to hone their professional networking and self-presentation skills.

In addition, Lehrman's agenda features meetings with staff from the Special Programs Office and the Moore Documentary Studies Collaborative. And he was shared off campus too: on Tuesday he hosted a free "Audiences Everywhere" workshop for staff and volunteers of Saratoga Springs arts organizations.

His residency is sponsored by a range of departments and programs, including:

  • Arts Administration Program
  • Arts Planning Group
  • Management & Business Department
  • Zankel Music Center / Department of Music
  • John B. Moore Documentary Studies Collaborative (MDOCS)
  • Department of Theater
  • Office of the Dean of Special Programs
  • Saratoga Arts
  • Career Development Center
