Paul Benzon, visiting assistant professor of English, has an essay in Publishing as Artistic Practice from Sternberg Press. The essay, "On Unpublishing: Fugitive Materiality and the Future of the Anthropocene Book," addresses media history, print and digital archives, and sustainability.
Pushkala Prasad, professor of management and business, was invited to give a research talk at the
Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad in January. The title of the talk was "Blowing Smoke: The Management of Illegitimacy by the U.S. Tobacco Industry."

Christopher Mann, assistant professor of government, was cited in an article in the political journal Campaigns & Elections. The article, on election campaign mailers that exert social pressure on voters,
noted Mann's research on the efficacy of aggressive language in such mailings.
