Patricia Fehling, professor of health and exercise sciences, Stephen Ives, assistant professor of health and exercise sciences, and Denise Smith, professor of health and exercise sciences, collaborated on a September 20 article titled "Exercise-induced heat stress disrupts the shear-dilatory relationship" in the journal Experimental Physiology.

Mary Zeiss Stange

Mary Zeiss Stange, professor emerita of women's studies and religion, was quoted in a Sept. 22 Christian Science Monitor article titled "Why the gender gap in gun ownership is shrinking." Stange was also a participant in a symposium, "Firearms and the Common Law Tradition," at the Aspen Institute in Washington, D.C. on September 15.
