Skidmore Spotlight: Margo Theobald
Margo Theobald works as an administrative assistant for the offices of Foundation and Corporate Relations and Leadership Gifts in the Office of Advancement.
Theobald began her Skidmore career 19 years ago as an administrative assistant in the Office of the Dean of the Faculty and Vice President for Academic Affairs. She also has worked in Scribner Library as a government documents assistant.
Theobald said she appreciates the variety of opportunities that Skidmore offers and is "continually amazed" at Skidmore students' many accomplishments.
"When I first started at Skidmore, I realized the tremendous value of being able to pursue my own degree and educate my children as well," she said. "I have formed lasting friendships with my co-workers and peers, and with students and alumni. There’s so much to do on campus: Music and entertainment in Zankel, being able to work out in the sports center and walking in North Woods top my list."
When she's not on campus, Theobald enjoys time outdoors, especially with family and friends.
