Anthropology faculty Kathryn Baustian, Siobhan Hart, Heather Hurst, and Daniela Wolin presented “Creative Thought Matters in Archaeology at Skidmore College,” at the Society for American Archaeology (SAA) meeting in San Francisco. The SAA recognized Hurst as the recipient of the 2026 Robert S. Peabody Institute of Archaeology Award for Archaeology and Education. 

Jason Breves, professor of biology, was awarded the Edwin M. Moseley Faculty Lectureship for 2026-27.
