Tutor Payroll Submission Forms

All tutor reeports (paper and electronic*) are due by 3:30 p.m. on the due date!

Please submit paper reports to Student Academic Services.

Reports will not be processed after the time/dates stated above,
and all pay sheets must be done on a biweekly basis.
