Dear Skidmore Community, 

‌The Committee on Intercultural and Global Understanding (CIGU) invites you to join us in shaping the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) themes for the 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. We welcome your insights, examples, and thoughts on what DEI means on our campus. Your feedback is essential in helping us shape a strategic plan that is inclusive, impactful, and reflective of our community’s values. 

‌Opportunities for Community Feedback 
We will be hosting several opportunities for you to share your thoughts:

• ‌Feedback questionnaire: ‌Provide feedback on two questions related to Strategic Planning. 
• Feedback poster: Stop by to add your input and ideas on a collaborative poster.‌
  • Nov. 6-15‌, in the Wyckoff Center  
• Tabling: Engage with committee members and share your feedback in person.
  • 11 a.m.-2 p.m., ‌Nov. 11-13, in Case Center, second floor 
• Community forums: Join us in the Wyckoff Center for an open forum to share your feedback on these themes.
  • 3:30-4:30 p.m., Thursday, N‌ov. 14
  • ‌3-4 p.m., Friday, Nov. 15
