May 11, 2021 - Community Pitch Session
Our new Co-Creation Initiative kicked off with its first ‘Community Pitch Session,’ where community organizations, groups, and collectives shared stories and project proposals aimed at sparking new relationships that will bring together their work with documentary and Skidmore’s community—bringing contemporary issues and public discourse into the classroom and deepening Skidmore’s connections to our neighbors. The event was held via zoom on May 11th from 6-8 PM and included seven community groups and over 25 Skidmore faculty and staff.
At our first 'Community Pitch Session,' we heard seven pitches from the following community organizations and collectives. Below you will find links to their websites and you can view their pitch presentations here.
