Strategic Action Agenda 2018-2020

October 23, 2018

Dear Members of the Skidmore Community,

I write to share "Strategic Action Agenda 2018-2020," which is now posted on our strategic planning website. This Strategic Action Agenda (SAA) covers a two-year window, allowing us to continue making significant strides on ourStrategic Plan: Creating Pathways to Excellence. It is organized on the basis of the four goals identified in the Plan, rather than in relation to administrative divisions of the College.

This updated SAA was presented to the Institutional Policy and Planning Committee (IPPC), which approved it on October 5, after review, discussions and edits. The Board of Trustees also reviewed the document during its October 19 meeting.

This year we also developed a condensed version of the Plan for quick reference. There is a limited number of printed copies available and the document is also available online as a PDF.

We will discuss this year's SAA during the Community Meetings on Thursday, October 25, at 10:30-11:30 a.m. or 3:00-4:00 p.m. on the second floor of Murray-Aikins Dining Hall.
