  • Alumni Relations & College Events: 518-580-5610
    Please do not hesitate to contact the office prior to Reunion Weekend at 518-580-5610 or you may email us. If your need is time sensitive - DO NOT use this email during Reunion weekend.

  • Campus Safety Emergency Line: 518-580-5566
    In case of emergency,  depress the button on any blue-light phone on campus to automatically call Campus Safety and activate a flashing light at your location. Located in the Jonsson Tower basement, Campus Safety is staffed 24 hours a day. For non-emergencies, Campus Safety can be reached at 518-580-5567. 

  • Case Center Information Desk: 518-580-5610
    This number is the general number for Alumni Relations & College Events. It will not ring at Case Center Information Desk prior to Reunion Weekend.

 

Campus Services

  • Directions, travel information and campus maps are available from the Skidmore website.

  • Special assistance: Golf-cart rides are always available for those with special on-campus transportation needs. Inquire at the Case Center registration desk or call 518-580-5610. 

  • Internet Access
    Alumni and friends are welcome to use the computers in Case Center (second floor) to access Reunion information.  
    Wi-fi is available free of charge for guests who are not using college-owned computers: choose the wi-fi access point named SkidmoreGuest, open your preferred Internet browser, and go to www.skidmore.edu. By providing your email address when prompted, you accept the policy on appropriate use and will be connected to the free guest wi-fi.
    While in residential spaces, please use the wi-fi access point named SummerGuest-Wifi; passcode is summer2023

  • Child care: The College does not maintain a list of child care options and is unable to provide any recommendations. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The Skidmore Shop is located in Case Center on the lower level.

Thursday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Sunday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Thursday 8 a.m.–10 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Sunday 12 p.m.–5 p.m.

Prospective Student Admissions Tours
Eissner Admissions Center, 952 North Broadway (GPS address)
The Office of Admissions extends a special invitation to high school students to attend a Campus Visit to include a brief information session and a 90-minute campus tour. Alumni, students and/or parents interested can schedule a tour. These tours are available at various times:

Thursday, May 30 and Friday, May 31 from 8:30am – 4:30pm
 
Saturday, June 1 from 8:30am – 12:00pm.
 
*Please note that a special tour-only option is available on Friday, May 31 at 2pm to visiting alumni looking to reacquaint themselves with campus.

Case Center, second floor

Thursday–Friday 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Sunday 8 a.m.–12noon

Thursday 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Weekends noon–4 p.m.

Museum Hours:
Thursday, 12–9 p.m.
Friday, 12–6:30 p.m. (Opening reception 5:30–6:30 p.m.)
Saturday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Sunday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.*

* Reunion Art exhibition work should be picked up Sunday morning between 10 a.m.–12 p.m.

Family Saturday, June 1
Whitman Classroom
Family Saturday programs foster multigenerational creative cooperation through looking at artwork, discussing it, and engaging in a hands-on art-making activity. Programs run from 2-3:30 pm and include a tour of selected works. All programs are free and open to the public, and suitable for children age 5 and older, accompanied by their adult companions. No registration required; supplies provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cardio Equipment and Baskeball Courts
Thursday and Friday: 7am- 8pm
Saturday: 9am – 6pm
Sunday: 12pm – 6pm

Tennis Courts
10am - 2pm daily

Important Facilities Notes: Lanyard and nametag must be presented at the front desk of the Sports and Recreation Center for admission. Tennis players may only wear non-marking tennis shoes. The weight room and the pool are not available during reunion weekend.

Behind the Surrey-Williamson Inn
Alumni are invited to visit The Garden during reunion weekend. It is open to all as a peaceful place for contemplation and meditation.
