Reporting Animal Care and Use Concerns

Any individual may report good-faith animal welfare concerns to the Insitutional Official, IACUC Chair, Institutional Veterinarian, or any current member of the IACUC.  Reports may also be submitted to iacuc@skidmore.edu. 

Although individuals are encouraged to report animal welfare concerns directly to the IACUC, there are times when an individual may feel it necessary to report a concern outside of this reporting mechanism.  In those situations, concerns may be filed anonymously under Skidmore College's Whistleblower Policy.

No retaliatory action will be taken against any individual who reports an animal welfare concern in good faith.
