“In the spring of 2014, we lost my dear friend Jennifer Landers ’90 to cancer. Because she cared deeply about Skidmore, her family and a core group of her friends, including me, endowed a fund at Skidmore to honor her memory and support current students in perpetuity. With this in mind, and Jennifer’s fund as a model, I’m so pleased to have been able to work with the College on the creation and funding of this Alumni Memorial Scholarship. Now all alumni will have an opportunity to honor lost friends and classmates by helping to make a Skidmore education possible for current students who might not otherwise be able to take advantage of the opportunity.
