Skidmore College Return to Campus Clearance Requirements: Spring 2021

Students living on Campus
Arriving from New York, contiguous states (CT, MA, NJ, PA, VT) or international country CDC Level 1?
- Obtain a required COVID test within 72 hours prior to arrival. Testing options based on location.
- Email screenshot documenting testing with required details* to prearrivaltesting@skidmore.edu before you begin travel.
- Upon arrival in New York state, change CoVerified app status to "on campus".
- Begin completing daily symptom checklist via app.
- Obtain COVID test through Skidmore's testing Jan. 25 - Feb. 1, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Falstaff's.
- Until you have a negative test result, only leave your private residence for medical appointments (including testing), to get grab-and-go food at Murray-Aikins Dining Hall, or in case of an emergency.
Did you obtain a required COVID test within 72 hours prior to arrival for precautionary quarantine? Testing options based on location.
- Email screenshot documenting testing with required details* to prearrivaltesting@skidmore.edu before you begin travel.
- Arrive on campus Jan. 22 to Skidmore-assigned location for precautionary quarantine.
- Complete New York State Traveler Health Form.
- Switch CoVerified App status to "on campus".
- Begin daily symptom reporting via app.
- Day 4 (Jan. 26) - Obtain Skidmore COVID test at assigned location/time, to be communicated by the College.
- Remain in quarantine until results are available and the College notifies you that you are safe to enter spring housing assignment.
- Precautionary quarantine required for 10 days in location assigned by Skidmore.
- Upon arrival (Jan. 22), complete New York State Traveler Health Form.
- Switch CoVerified App status to "on campus".
- Begin daily symptom reporting starting Jan. 22 via app.
- On day 9 or 10, obtain Skidmore COVID test at assigned location/time, to be communicated by the College.
- Remain in quarantine until results are available and the College notifies you that you are safe to enter spring housing assignment.
Students living off campus
Arriving from New York, contiguous state (CT, MA, NJ, PA, VT) or international country CDC Level 1?
- Obtain a required COVID test within 72 hours prior to arrival. Testing options based on location.
- Email screenshot documenting testing with required details* to prearrivaltesting@skidmore.edu before you begin travel.
- Begin pre-semester testing between Jan. 25 and Feb. 1 at Falstaff's. Testing will be conducted from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Obtain a required COVID test within 72 hours prior to arrival. Testing options based on location.
- Email screenshot documenting testing with required details* to prearrivaltesting@skidmore.edu before you begin travel.
- Complete New York State Travelers Health Form.
- Switch CoVerified App status to "on campus".
- Begin self-monitoring for symptoms of COVID-19.
- Quarantine in off-campus housing for three days, meeting all New York requirements regarding precautionary quarantine.
- Take second COVID-19 test on day four of quarantine. Testing will begin on Jan. 25 and will be conducted from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday in Falstaff's.
- Remain in quarantine until you have negative test results back from both pre-arrival testing and from your day-four testing at Skidmore.

EVERY STUDENT must have a "cleared" status on the CoVerified app prior to any on-campus activity (ex: in-person classes, dining hall access other than grab-and-go, etc.)
