NACCC Student Survey Findings

This session will present the findings of the National Assessment of Collegiate Campus Climates (NACCC) student survey.  The student racial campus climate survey was administered at Skidmore College during the spring of 2021.  The presentation will include results of the survey in the six content areas measured, including: appraisals of institutional commitment; racial learning and literacy; impact of external environments; encounters with racial stress; cross-racial engagement, and mattering and affirmation.  In addition to viewing the results, participants will be asked to reflect on their own experiences and commitments, consider work already underway at the College that speak to the findings, and propose future ideas.
