Employees or employee dependents
Employees and employee dependents who wish to enroll in summer courses must complete two steps:
- Complete a Skidmore College internal tuition grant request and send it directly to the Office of Human Resources.
- Complete an online visiting student application
Any dependent of a Skidmore faculty or staff member may submit the Internal Tuition Grant Application directly to the Human Resources office. Once approved you will receive an emailed confirmation. Please note: Employees are responsible for all registration fees. Some courses have additional lab or material fees, which are listed at the top of the course descriptions. These fees are in addition to the tuition, room and board costs and are not waived for employee dependents.
Please note that employees and employee dependents enrolled in independent study or internship courses are required to pay the full cost of the credit bearing experience, including application fees, laboratory fees, and material fees.
Eligible employees/dependents may participate in programs offered by the Office of the Dean of Special Programs without payment of tuition for some programs and courses, provided they are open after the regular registration period. All registration and material fees for the programs/courses must be paid. A partial tuition fee may be required for some programs/courses.
