Academic Festival Application Form

Welcome and thank you for applying to present your project at Academic Festival.
Deadline: March 28 is the deadline to submit proposals and April 15th is date for final copy submission. Selections will be made from all applications, and you will be notified by mid April.
A list of frequently asked questions regarding Academic Festival can be found here. Please be aware of major changes that have been made regarding faculty sponsorship, the length of project summary, and the additional of Roundtable Presentations.
Form Descriptions:
- Poster: Create a poster to display all day. Posters will be grouped in sessions, and the length of a session will depend on the group size.
- Performance: 60 minutes are normally provided for performance.
- Poetry/Fiction Reading: 30 to 60 minutes are provided for a reading.
- Panel: 60 minutes will be provided for panel discussion. This includes time for answering questions, if desired.
- Exhibit: The exhibit will be display all day. There will be a 20-minute question and answer session scheduled.
- Presentation: A 15-minute presentation with 5 minutes provided for answering questions.
- Roundtable Presentation: A 7-minute presentation on a topic; following brief talks by all presenters, a discussion will follow.
