Report a Concern

At Skidmore, we take inappropriate activity seriously. If you experience an icident where a faculty or staff acts or says something disrespectful, please report the incident to HR. Our team will review and contact you back. You may report violations to any policy in the Employee Handbook.

Human Resources in turn will:

• Conduct a prompt and thorough investigation of the incident;
• Work together to determine the appropriate remedial action, up to and including termination of employment, removal from campus, and/or legal action.

The information you give is confidential. HR will only disclose information as necessary.
