Billing
Summer room and board is billed by the week, regardless of your arrival or departure date. There is no proration for arrivals or departures during the week. Summer room and board charges will be posted to your student account mid-summer.

Subsidized Summer Housing:
- Check with your hiring supervisor to see if a summer housing subsidy is included in your job. You may be eligible for a 70% housing subsidy. There is no meal subsidy.
- Collaborative Research students, refer to your hire letter for subsidy information
- Opportunity students, contact Opportunity Programs to verify if subsidy is provided
- Internationals Students who are fully funded, contact Student Academic Services to verify if subsidy is provided
