Conference Fees

Please note that this conference is free to all participants, with support from the NY6 Consortium and Skidmore College. However, we ask that individual schools coordinate and pay for travel to Skidmore College for the conference. The first eight participants from any of the four colleges mentioned above will also receive free lodging at a local hotel (4 students to a room), and any participants beyond that are requested to solicit funds from their college to cover additional hotel fees.

Faculty and staff members may register for free, but are requested to solicit funds for hotel accommodations and travel from their home institution. The conference hotel room rate is $110 per night. Please click the hotel link to get more details on how to reserve a room.

Meals starting with lunch on Saturday and ending with lunch on Sunday will be covered by the conference for all participants.
