Course Offerings and Enrollments

The system of record for campus undergraduate and UWW course offerings, student and enrollment information is the Oracle E-Business suite. Access to this information through Skidmore Faculty Self Service is granted to a faculty member as part of the registration process for a Skidmore username. Functions available here include class lists by term and course section, the ability to receive and respond to student requests for special permissions and to enter grades and the ability to print an advising transcript of a student’s academic history.

Student Information

An alternate view to the this information is available through a link on the Registrar’s website and on the faculty/advisor self-service home pages to a set of Skidmore-developed forms under the heading of Advising/Student Records Portal, also known as "My Stuff." Faculty can access these screens with a Skidmore username and password. Functions available here include the display of name, address, class schedule and pictures of students, lists of students assigned to a faculty advisor or enrolled in a section and the ability to select students from a list as recipients of an email message. Other functions are the ability to view a degree audit for a student and see the student’s academic history and a display of students who have elected a particular major or minor.
