Skidmore is proud to announce that there is now a centralized process in place to view and request event space. The new Online Event Request system is accessible to all faculty, staff, and students. A major enhancement is the ability to view and track the status of your request at all times. Along with this new system the college has created a new position, the College Calendar Coordinator, which has been filled by Theresa Polson. Theresa is the point of contact for scheduling special events, meetings, and conferences. She helps coordinate space requests and reserve facilities for academic and administrative departments, student groups, and non-college organizations for purposes other than classes.

Upcoming enhancements to the system will include integration with the college calendar (so you can add your event to the calendar as you schedule your room), and additional resource requests (so you can make your catering, media services, and facilities requests as you schedule your room.)
