Ashley Ramsay '212021 Ashley Ramsay

Ashley evinces focused intensity in every class: she listens patiently, then offers an observation that shines new light on a topic; her papers are characterized by logically developed arguments that lead to profound insight. Her exceptional senior thesis explored the connections between student-teacher relationships, race, and school disciplinary processes. Applying her sociological knowledge, she is currently facilitating race dialogues with local high school students. Ashley, we are enormously proud of and grateful for your engagement, insight and inspiration!
