2022 Sarah SpruillSarah Spruill '22

Sarah’s excellent work in Sociology culminated with her superb senior thesis, “Embodying Stigma in Hostile Spaces: The Relationship between Body Size and Aversion to Healthcare in Women,” which employed linear regression using NHIS data.  On top of her distinguished academic career, she has done outstanding work with the Writing Center, Peer Health Educators, the Center for Leadership, Teaching, and Learning, and PACs (as captain).  Sarah is a talented student, a dedicated leader, and a lovely person! We are beyond proud.
