Skidmore College is not only recognized for its success in academics, but in dining as well. It was the first liberal arts college in New York to achieve Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Chain of Custody certification in March 2015, and received a gold medal two years in a row at the ACF-sanctioned Culinary Conference hosted on campus.
