Dan oversees the entire operation of the Facilities Services Department.
Assistant Director of Facilities
David is our operations manager. He has directed maintenance, facilities and engineering in industrial, institutional and commercial settings. Labor management, maintenance planning, regulatory compliance and campus relations are some of his key responsibilities.
Finance and Resource Coordinator
Supports the director, supervisors and managers of the department along with project managers, coordinates payroll for Trades/Local 200, capital projects setup, creates workers compensation/disability claims for the department, creates/responds to service requests, receives/responds to campuswide trouble calls, webmaster for the Facilities website.
This position serves as the receptionist for Facility Services at the front desk when vendors, contractors, salespersons, students, and staff need assistance. Generated service requests in the CMMS System daily. Fielding office and radio calls in-regards urgent and non-urgent service requests and dispatching appropriate personnel. Assist Capital Budget projects and is responsible for scheduling college fleet vehicles campus-wide.
Mary is the Facilities Office Coordinator. She Supervises payroll for all union employees, assists all employees in payroll related issues, manages all front office needs, fields radio and office calls, processes work requests and coordinates office staff in the Facilities front office/Customer Service Center while providing administrative support for Director, Assistant Director and Operation Mangers and serving as the Employment Coordinator for Facilities.
