Dan oversees the entire operation of the Facilities Services Department.
Assistant Director of Facilities
David is our operations manager. He has directed maintenance, facilities and engineering in industrial, institutional and commercial settings. Labor management, maintenance planning, regulatory compliance and campus relations are some of his key responsibilities.
Environmental Health and Safety Officer
The mission of the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) officer is to provide comprehensive environmental, health and safety programs and services to support the college’s mission to educate through teaching, research, creative activity and service. This is accomplished by providing services including regulatory compliance oversight, technical guidance, training programs, inspections, emergency response assistance, risk management and loss-control services. All EHS programs are committed to protecting the health and safety of the college community, minimizing potential liabilities and promoting environmental stewardship.
Office and Project Coordinator
Supports the director, supervisors and managers of the department along with project managers, coordinates payroll for Trades/Local 200, capital projects setup, creates workers compensation/disability claims for the department, creates/responds to service requests, receives/responds to campuswide trouble calls, webmaster for the Facilities website.
Administers the departmental purchasing card system (Pass), manages all purchase requisitions and blanket orders. Verifies delivery of materials and completion of services, processes all departmental and project related invoices. Responsible for record-keeping, preparation of all budgetary-related correspondence and reports for the department. Receives and responds to campuswide trouble calls.
Coordinates service requests campuswide, supports all departmental supervisors, assists with Local 200 payroll and completes assignments as assigned.
