Faculty Policies and Procedures
For incidents of sexual and gender-based misconduct (SGBM) involving a Faculty member as the Respondent, there are two policies the College may utilize to respond:
The College will comply with the 2020 Title IX regulations, Violence Against Women Act, New York State’s Enough is Enough law, Title VII, NY Human Rights Law and other relevant laws and policies to determine which policy will apply.
