Basil Daisy

The signature drink at Polo by Twilight 2016.

Ingredients

2 oz. vodka

½ oz. Aperol

1 oz. simple syrup (1:1)

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

3 leaves basil

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice
2. Hard shake until chilled
3. Double strain over crushed ice in a highball glass, garnish with a leaf of basil
