Summer classes for high school students
Ready to learn something new this summer? Take a virtual college course at Skidmore, earn college credit, and have some fun, too.
Online for 2021
This year, we're excited to offer all of our programming as a virtual experience. Once admitted, students can take one class of their choice and participate in helpful virtual workshops and extracurricular events, including undergraduate admissions tips and tricks, campus tours, college student life hacks and more.

Whether you already know the answer, are a little unsure with the college process, are only just beginning to wrap your head around it all — or somewhere in between — you’re invited to spend your summer with Skidmore.
Here, we introduce you to an authentic college experience. And, we do it in a welcoming and supportive environment designed to meet you where you are in your college journey.

We welcome high-achieving, mature and motivated high school students who share a common
interest in preparing for college success. Prospective high school students from the US and abroad who are currently in their
sophomore, junior or senior year are eligible to apply.

Testimonials
I started my first year of college confident I could succeed thanks to Pre-College. I was much better off than my peers as I already knew how to live away from home, study at a college level and more.Dior Fall
