Skidmore's International Insurance Program includes an integrated travel assistance services, Travel Guard, which assists registered members with any international travel problem they may encounter 24/7. Its recommended that Skidmore faculty and staff, traveling abroad on college business, to register with Travel Guard and sign up to receive security alerts (specific to your destination) before and while your traveling.

To register with Travel Guard:

• Go to the Travel Guard website
• Select sign in (top right hand corner of the site)
• Click the orange "Register Here" button to register for the first time
• Register with your information and input WR10005762 (Skidmore College's WorldRisk Policy number)
• You will receive an email with a temporary password. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to change your password.

Security Alerts:

• To register for Security Alerts, go to the My Alerts tab, go to Frequently Traveled Destinations, select your destination country from the list and click Subscribe.
