Directions to Campus
Skidmore College, in Saratoga Springs, New York, is located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. It's an easy three- to four-hour drive from New York City, Boston, or Montreal.

Driving
Saratoga Springs is most conveniently reached by automobile via the New York State Thruway (I-90 and I-87) and the Adirondack Northway (I-87 north of Albany).

New York City and points south: Take the New York State Thruway (I-87) north to Exit 24. From the toll plaza, take Exit 1N to the Adirondack Northway (I-87) north.

Boston and points east: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) west to Exit B1. Proceed on I-90 to Exit 1N and the Adirondack Northway (I-87) north.

Buffalo and points west: Take the New York State Thruway (I-90) east to Exit 24. From the toll plaza, take Exit 1N to the Adirondack Northway (I-87) north.

Montreal and points north: Take the Adirondack Northway (I-87) south.


Directions from the Adirondack Northway (I-87)

  

Take Exit 15 toward Saratoga Springs. At the third traffic light after the I-87 interchange, turn right onto East Avenue.

Take East Avenue to the top of the hill and turn right onto North Broadway.

The main entrance is on your left. Parking information and directions to Emerson Auditorium appear below.


Directions to Bolton 282 and Davis Auditorium in Bolton Hall

 

From the campus entrance road on North Broadway, make the first right onto the campus loop road (route indicated on map by red dotted line). Follow this past the Falstaff's parking lot on the right (J on map) and the North Hall parking lot on the left (I on the map) to a left turn into the Palamountain parking lot (K on map). Go all the way in and turn right at the building and park near the main building entrance, which has a sign saying Palamountain Hall.

Enter the building and Gannett Auditorium will be on the right. Go past Gannett Auditorium and turn right into a hallway. Go past Emerson Auditorium to Davis Auditorium, which will be the next auditorium on the right, at the intersection with another hallway on the right. This is where the talks will be held. Registration and breakfast will be across the main hallway in Bolton 282.
